Dating for 2 years anniversary
On our anniversary, my husband and I always splurge on an amazing meal in a romantic setting. Whether that means buying concert, theater, or sporting event tickets, going to a cooking class, or taking a spontaneous weekend getaway, make sure to choose something you’ll both truly enjoy.I also love the idea of trying something fun and quirky like a Segway tour around your city (better bring a camera for that one)!
For example, I first took him to my high school because that was where we had one of our first dates (I took him to see a jazz band there) and I mentioned how it reminded me of the strong for our future; I am home wherever he is and hopefully we’ll get to create a home together one day.My SO thinks that it is weird to celebrate it, and says that we will do anniversaries when we’re married.I discussed with him how important it was to me before our 1-year last October. My husband and I are high school sweethearts, and tied the knot a year ago. We’ve celebrated 11 anniversaries together thus far, so I’ve had a lot of practice with the gift giving.Every Friday at the offices, we go through the Lauren inbox and look for questions and blog ideas from our lovely readers.
Recently we received a request for an anniversary gift guide, so of course we had to deliver…
The gift portion was inspired by this post via Shannon at Find Joy in the Journey.
This brilliant blogger put together a basket of pre-planned, pre-paid dates for her husband, one for each month of the year.
Every month, we really looked forward to the dates planned and we had a blast.
I will post about each of those dates in the future!
It has been a whirlwind of memories the past four years, but I really love that we take the time to appreciate one another each anniversary. I won’t reveal what I’m doing for our four-year anniversary just yet, but I could still take some suggestions ;) Check out some of these dating ideas websites: Hi!
