The market for these is huge, but there are other genuine chat jobs which will pay you for more general conversation and information.

It is important to note that this is a real work at home job, and the companies depend on workers being available when they say they will be. There are also many stories of people who have been happily working for years in chat positions, so as long as you pay attention to the job requirements these are real opportunities to make money in an interesting way.
